I recently had a lovely mini break at Broich Steading in Crieff. The location was beautiful and the house itself was spacious with light and airy rooms. The log burning stove was a great touch for those chilly evenings, and there were plenty of games, puzzles, and books available for entertainment. The WiFi was reliable and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Ronnie, the host, was very helpful and friendly, and having an Aldi just 2 minutes away for shopping was a bonus. The property also had a wonderful garden and a small kitchen that felt just like home. The comfortable beds and walk-in shower in the bathroom were great, and the fact that the place was dog-friendly made it even better. it was an excellent property in a lovely setting, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing break.
I do recommend this hotel.

Great and a very quiet location, very dark at night with thick curtains. Main rooms very spacious. Heating worked well as we stayed in November. Place was generally quite clean except a few surprises (see in didn't likes).
Kitchen was very small (hence no photo) and wasn't very well equipped, only two small/medium pans and 1 badly bowed frying pan, insufficient utensils. We found mouldy food crumbs on some plates and dirty smears in the pans. So they don't do a check!

I felt like an adventurer hiking, cycling, and playing table tennis in the stunning surroundings. The barbecue and terrace were perfect for my grilling skills. Dundee Airport, cheers for being nearby!
Oh, how I adored the erratic hot water and surprising road access. What a delightful hair washing experience and thrilling track ride.

The room at Broich Steading felt like a cozy hideaway, with a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comforts. I loved the spacious bathroom, which had both a shower and a bath. The soft bed linen made for a peaceful night's sleep. As a solo traveler, it was exactly what I was looking for.
Personally, I found one tiny drawback – there was only one bathroom. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might not mind at all!

Although the hot water was a bit erratic for hair washing, it didn't ruin our stay. The road access, while a bit bumpy, was worth it for the stunning location.
